Traditionally focused on store strategy and design, Target shifted gears for the 2015 event, centering the experience around powerful, multi-dimensional moments that showcased Target’s commitment to well-being in action. In collaboration with Target Creative, Touch designed an immersive environment that placed attendees at the heart of the experience, both physically and thematically.
As attendees entered the 300,000-square-foot custom exhibition, they were greeted by a striking installation embodying the event's theme: "Be You. Be Target." This message encouraged team members to embrace their individuality, reinforcing that by being true to themselves, they become a positive and powerful reflection of Target.
The theme "Be You. Be Target." became the cornerstone of the event, serving as the foundation for adjacent installations that celebrated Team Member recognition—an essential value for the company and a key driver of success. Surrounding these were five well-being categories: Financial, Social, Community, Health, and Career. Each category was marked by large-scale gateways, with content and experiences inside each area offering a broad perspective on well-being, inspiring team members to integrate these values into their daily lives.
